Hello. We wish to vist Phaestos/Agia Triada and Gortys over two/three days using public transport. We will arrive from Heraklion and will leave towards Aghia Triada. I have looked at the Ktel website and it looks like the best places to stay would be Mires, Matala or Agia Galini Which town would be the best base for accesing the sites by bus.
